The production process of latex gloves: First, the rubber is cut into thin slices by a rubber mixer, and then sent to a sol can and gasoline for mixing. After the sol is emulsified and prepared, the latex intermediate tank is pumped in. The rubber solution dissolved in gasoline enters from the top of the distillation tower. After steam heating and distillation, the light gasoline is heated to the gas phase, and the gasoline gas is mixed and cooled in cold water. Then, the oil-water mixture enters the oil-water separator and the oil-water layer. The upper gasoline is recovered, and the lower water is pumped to the cooling tower for cooling. After cooling, the gasoline in the distillation tower is cooled. The latex in the distillation tower kettle is sent to the latex mixing tank for stirring according to its own pressure, and after preparation, the raw material latex of the glove is separated by a centrifuge. Use after toning and filtering.
First clean the glove model with acid and alkali, and then with water. The washed model is immersed in hot water and heated to the coagulant, and then dried to be immersed.
